The room had a fantastic layout. I loved the comfortable bed and especially the novelty of having a bath right in the bedroom. The Italian restaurant next door offered excellent food, which was a delightful surprise. communication could improve. I wasn't informed about the breakfast ordering process and found myself scrambling to find food the next morning. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was quite weak, making it difficult to get work done. A small improvement would be to add complimentary water in the rooms as well, given the constant heating from the radiator. the stay had its highs but a few areas could definitely use some attention.

Noise from upstairs residents can be unbearable at night!!! Heating issues are quite bothersome, leaving rooms either freezing or uncomfortably hot!!! Shower cubicle size is ridiculous for a decent bathroom!!!

The building has a lot of character and the room was nicely decorated, making for a charming atmosphere. I appreciated the carpark right next to the hotel, which was very useful. It was also great to have the nearby Brocks Hill Country Park to explore for a bit of nature. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. it was not what I expected and arrived quite late.

The outdoor seating area was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the evening sun.

i had such a great time at the italian greyhound hotel! the staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to make me feel at home. the food was just amazing, like seriously delicious. the room was super comfy and clean with nice vintage touches. i loved that the place was quiet and away from the noise, perfect for a chill getaway.
only thing was i wish they had some milk for the tea and coffee. also, figuring out how to check out was a bit confusing since the main doors were closed in the morning.
